The cold milk tea and crepes here are absolutely delightful. The staff is very friendly, and the service is quite speedy, even during busy times. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I really enjoyed my meal, especially the combination of sweet and savory flavors with the turkey and nut cream spread—it was wonderful! However, my friend was a bit disappointed as she received processed chicken instead of the roasted version she was expecting. On a positive note, the white peach hot tea was amazing! The only downside was that the chairs were quite worn, and I heard the bathroom wasn't in great shape. Despite these issues, we'll definitely be back!

I’ve been visiting Blend since my freshman year of college in 2012. It has a great atmosphere, perfect for a casual lunch or a study session. The food is consistently delicious. Over the years, I’ve tried almost every crepe on the menu, and they’re all fantastic and reasonably priced (if you can spend $20 by yourself, I don’t believe you!). My go-to order is an iced lavender milk tea (sometimes with boba), the mushroom grilled chicken as the main dish, and the strawberry honey for dessert. I’ve introduced all my favorite people to this place, and it’s always a hit!

I can see why Blend is so popular with SIUC students. The atmosphere is very inviting and the food is delicious. The prices are also student friendly as I was able to feed myself and a guest for under 20 dollars and leave satisfied.

Everything is delicious. EVERYTHING! I tried the coffee tea for the first time today and my brain was so confused but my taste buds were thrilled. Is it coffee? Is it tea? It?s both!! Had a mushroom crepe and a Nutella crepe. Both exquisite.
