Sand Hills - Carberry

We frequently visit Sand Hills Casino not only to try our luck, but also for the dining atmosphere. The Dunes Buffet is a standout feature at the casino. Be sure to try their bannock, which is the best I've ever had. We enjoy dining at the Oasis Lounge, where the staff is excellent in both the Dunes and Oasis areas. There are live performances in the lounge every Friday and Saturday, and they are always free! It's a fun experience and a great place for seniors, singles, and couples. Minors are not allowed, so it's a more adult-friendly environment. Check their website for special promotions on dining, gaming, live music, and their Gold Club. We love this casino and visit it often.

My wife and I thought yesterday was an early dinner in the lounge. dio, the bartender, made her a special cocktail she loved. he has a great personality and makes our meal more pleasant. the burgers and fries were well prepared and delicious.

A friend and I visited on a Wednesday when the lounge has their $7.77 meal deal. We both ordered the pickerel it was awesome! Plenty to eat. Buffet is also well served. Definitely worth the drive!!

It was a bit of a drive to get there, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. The whole building is dimly lit with cabin-like decor, but was a little difficult for my mother and sister to see where they were going. The buffet was awesome (but...some of the food was a little cold). Free live music on a Friday night 'Shake, Rattle Roll ' played some great toe-tapping music and winners were announced over the intercom all night. Staff was friendly, helpful and teased me about breaking the machines Hehehe (it was only one). Non-smoking casino, but they had a smoking area outside (by the Dune restaurant). Gift shop was small but had some laughs with the staff about the new Halloween decorations. Only my second time visiting, but I 'd come back.

Simply the best Prime Bib and Shrimp, Crab Legs in Manitoba. There is none better and the price is ever so right. Buffet includes beverage and desert (Cheese cake). Then they give you a 25% discount for becoming a gold Club member at NO cost...to you. Wow..
