Pementa Rosa - Carballo

We were in the restaurant for the first time in 2017. We perfectly remembered its quality cuisine, so now that we were coming on vacation we knew we had to go back to Pementa Rosa. In these years their cuisine has improved a lot (it was already exquisite), we have been very happy to see how they have evolved and found exceptional combinations. This year they have the Michelin mention, quality guarantee, so it is a safe bet. Even so, they have managed to surprise us with all the dishes, a pity that we cannot stay in the area, because we would surely repeat! You cannot miss it if you are in A Coruña. Exquisite dishes, impeccable presentation and unbeatable attention. We have gone four and we have tried more than 9 different options and I would not know how to choose the best. Definitely to come again and again.
