IntiRumi Inn - Caraz

I loved this place (this is a hotel and a restaurant)! Not only is it easy to get vegan and vegetarian food (most vegetables and fruits are organically grown in the local garden and the surrounding fields), the place is really nice, breathe a rustic atmosphere that can easily win your heart. I spent days only meditating in the garden to go the forests, bathing in the surrounding streams and the nearby river, enjoy every single dish that I have eaten at the place and love the fact that the hotel is really environmentally friendly and waste conscious, not with a single use shampoos, for example, but make their own out of natural ingredients that bring to zero waste. The New Year's Dinner was a thrill, including delicious cakes and champagne. Hopefully again for some nice experiences.

The variety and quality of food at the café is great. There were vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. Wonderful service, even despite the challenges required by biosafety protocols. Thank you. Kelly, Daniel and Marian!

Sometimes, searching for a place to eat for a very late lunch, around 4pm... you think you will end at the nearest fast food... and by chance, you discover a diamond. This place is incredible. First of all the place itself is great. At the second level you have a fantastic view on the mountains including the Santa Cruz, just hiding the Alpamayo. And most important, the food is incredible. From starters to desert, just enjoy. You feel in your mouth the difference between a restaurant and THE restaurant. And this difference is love. The love the chef put in each plate. By the way I just regret not to take a photo with the chef. I need to come back just for that : And thanks to the lady for the service, always smiling and explaining everything.

Comida deliciosa, atención excelente y una vista inigualable, una escala obligada en el callejón de Hualylas

De lejos el mejor restaurante del Callejón. Sus insumos salen de su propia huerta y los combinan deliciosamente. Su mezcla de hierbas aromáticas me recordó a restaurantes de alta cocina, pero sus precios son más bien económicos. La atención es muy cálida y la vista espectacular.
