Osteria 20 - Carate urio

We stayed 3 nights in Lake Como. This restaurant was so amazing. We ate here 3 nights in a row! The staff was very friendly, we had the pasta with rib sauce perfectly cooked, lasagna was perfect, wine was very good, The caprese was very fresh , the focaccia with olive oil we ordered twice because this place definitely has the BEST PIZZA DOUGH we have ever had!

This Osteria is located right on Lake Como. Im good weather their terrace boasts breathtaking views. We were unlucky to go on a windy day and couldn't enjoy it. The Pizza more than made up for that disappointment though. The dough is really light and crispy and the toppings all well selected. The only disappointment was the green salad which was just a bunch of Mache Lettuce (without even any dressing). If you're in Como Osteria 20 is definitely worth a stop

Early dinner (the reopen at 19h in the evening) sitting outside. Good but limited menu with many nice dishes. Wines are good we had a chardonnay which was excellent. Service is a bit slow at times as the staff congregates inside and does not watch outside tables too well. Still a good choice and recommended. One of our favorites when in town.

Ha soggiornato una sera di estate, ottimo clima e personale cordiale e preparato. Anche per loro ricordiamo il brutto periodo in cui sono stati costretti a lavorare, quando potevano. Terrazza sul lago troppo vicino alla strada ma in realtà il traffico era poco per cui piacevole. Abbiamo preso una taglierina mista dove c'erano carni di bassa qualità, e pensavamo che i formaggi fossero banali. sulle montagne della zona ci sono formaggi ben noti e sicuramente meglio. se ricordo € a testa. seguire una zuppetta di moscardini di buona fattura ma quantitativamente povera. vini eccellenti. Per quanto riguarda il titolo ci siamo aspettati di più; vorrei ringraziare il relatore per la sua eccellente relazione.

Bella serata in un ambiente confortevole. piatti deliziosi e vini adeguati. Bene.
