The food was fine but the services from the first two lady's waitresses were rude and pretended that they don’t understand English. even though when I was shown the picture from the menu of what I wanted to order. they said to wait and ignored us to help with privileged person, worse service. They need to work on their facial expressions they gave while taking to us. One of the rude waiter kept looking or stares at us while we were there.The third waiter was great helping us take our order.Lastly, we didn't get our orders or drinks until every white person was serviced and got their food (the two white families came in 20 mins after we got serviced but they had their food first before usI could say that it was a racist restaurant just by experiencing the services and people that work at the Normandin.

Our waitress Nathalie was excellent and so was the food. Price are decent for the quality. Kids are very well treated. A lot of different kids menus, activity books...Kid-friendliness: Kids were served Froot Loops before there breakfast arrived and got ice cream included after their breakfast.

We never received our food... 4 people in our group also received their food after they notify the waiter and waiting for more then a hour after the rest of the group have finish eating.

We are from the United States visiting Quebec. Everyone here was so nice and accommodating. We don't speak French but that was ok because they catered to us. The food and service was wonderful. Our server and staff were very very kind. Thank you!!

Definitely nothing wrong here. It was very standard fare with pleasant servers. Good for a quick, inexpensive meal.
