Customer service is horrible. I don 't know who is responsible for the company 's Facebook page but this person has no respect for customers. I contacted them for help with an online order and got no response. After writing to them again to say that I had finally managed to place an order but would have liked to get a response from them, I was only told yes . This was the last time I placed an order at this place, I am going to find another pastry shop that is committed to serving their customers well.

Very disappointing service! I was very happy to discover pastry.The lady was extremely stupid, I dared to ask if the cupcakes were peanut-free and was told: Well look around you, it’s written everywhere.

Avoid absolutely: cupcakes that are too sweet, too expensive and terrible service, especially from the owner who obviously doesn't care about the customers. No more ordering in this place. There is much better elsewhere. And indeed, we have to go back down a bit......

My favorite dessert is macaroon. I have eaten it all over Quebec as well as in France. These are, without a shadow of a doubt, the worst macaroons I have eaten in my life. Costco 's are better. The saleswoman explained that they put the macaroons in the freezer as: it 's the only way to keep them . This is absolutely false. Also, by doing this, the texture of the biscuit is completely changed and it becomes dry. However, the worst is the flavors. 6 macaroons of different colors and all you taste is sugar.
