Mcdonald's - Capitola

This is the worst. Terrible service. Disgusting food and no one speaks English. Just a drug dealer running the cash register. Nuggets were stale, hamburger retreated from the garbage can . Homeless drug addled addicts in the front door. Puked. People parked all over NOT in the parking lot. It was a dirty joke. ?

He keeps happening over and over I spoken to the manager Delta about it she ignored me I'm a diabetic they gave me sugar in my coffee jumped up to over 600 I almost died all because they wouldn't do their job and give me Splenda instead of sugar I asked him several times why would you do this I have been a loyal customer I go in there every morning for my coffee they are completely aware of how I want my coffee soap to me I made an issue they gave me sugar instead of Sweet'N low and now I'm going to lose my foot because of it there's a reason why I'm very specific about 10 creams on the outside 10 sweet and lows or splendas to the side so I can add it myself so I know that I'm not getting sugar I'll be damned that they didn't give me sugar anyway and when I tried to tell the manager about it she ignored me I wouldn't leave well I gave you a free coffee a free coffee really that's going to place my foot that's a free coffee is all my foot is worth I want to response from someone there they won't even talk to me about it they tried to ignore me I will not be ignored and something has to be done not supposed to be treated like an animal I wouldn't recommend this place for anything

Today at McDonald’s on 41st a man working by the name of Andrew H would not give me my order so I could deliver it to my DoorDash costumer. As I was standing in line, he repeatedly told me that my DoorDash was a screenshot, even though I repetitively showed him my DoorDash account, and where it needed to be delivered to. I also gave him the last three digits of the DoorDash order as he asked, and I provided. He harassed me multiple times and kicked me out of the store when I was being very polite and showing him my DoorDash order. I had to pay for there food they provided because of this man. I am living on almost no money, and this has detrimentally affected me.

Really great staff, speedy when you need it to be, clean store!
