I would strongly advise steering clear of the Seat Pleasant location. The male employee there is consistently rude to customers, refuses to acknowledge Subway’s official coupons, and unfairly charges extra for standard sandwich ingredients.

Her behavior was completely unacceptable—unnecessary, offensive, embarrassing, inappropriate, disrespectful, and very disappointing. It's obvious that she requires customer service training and should not be interacting with customers right now. I'm grateful I was able to voice my concerns about her actions before I left. It’s outrageous that she confronted me simply for requesting better lettuce; as a paying customer, I have every right to specify my order. Due to this incident, I will not be coming back to this location. I hope the manager takes the time to review the security footage of this interaction.
