Panda Express - Capitol Heights

Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing. Everything was astonishingly bad, and the honey walnut shrimp was overcooked and seemingly boiled. It seems like there must have been a change in management or staff, as I've been here a few times in the past year and it has never been this bad before.

This restaurant closes at 10 PM, so it's understandable that they stop cooking at a certain time. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough of my desired dish to complete my order. However, the evening manager went out of his way to ask what I wanted him to prepare for me! I've been to places that will turn you away simply out of laziness, disregarding the customer. I was really impressed and grateful for the exceptional customer service I received from the evening staff on July 20, 2022!

My catering order was different from the last time. I used catering on 3/7/22 everything was perfect. Not so much this time. Catering orders come in large plastic containers. We're not gonna be this time. I got 8 soggy paper containers. I also believe that I received less food with this packaging. I have no problems with the food. But this presentation was not my expectations

I stopped by to this Panda express and got my order through drive through. They put all burnt chicken teraikey. They do not care of the customer service.

The food is good here typically, they just need a bit of work on the professionalism. The door says that they are open until 9:30 Min-Thurs but they closed at 9:00pm. People were there cleaning and did not acknowledge my presence at the door. If the hours have changed, it?s best to update the hours online and on the door.
