Lucky Star - Capitol Heights

I was craving some egg rolls, so I stopped by this restaurant and tried a couple. They were just fine, nothing more.

I ordered a couple of egg rolls, and they were pretty decent.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. I haven't had mumbo sauce since I moved from the North, and now I live in North Carolina.

I ordered the sesame chicken combo plate, which came with fried rice and a lemonade tea drink. The chicken was flavorful, and the fried rice exceeded my expectations. The lemonade tea was delightful! The portion size was also quite generous, making the price feel reasonable.

All of it going in the trash. Chicken is old and taste horrible. I asked for fresh fries and those too were old and soggy. The worst! Bring back real carryouts !!!
