The best casual lunch in Cape Town, healthy and healthy, but always delicious. Staff are extremely professional and considerate and if you regularly go there, you will feel like family. Very recommended.

Awesome lunch options that I assume change regularly if not daily as well as a few regular options. Cafe Frank is perfect for take away, a quick sit down or even a place to work. The indoor heaters keep the inside area warm on a cold day and there is street dude seating which would be great on a warm day. Easy order at the counter system and friendly staff.

Really love Cafe Frank and eat lunch there at least twice a week. Excellent fresh and healthy food. The staff are really kind and helpful.
