The Slug Lettuce - Cape Town Central

One of my favourite pubs in Cape Town. Not only because of its interior but the fact that the burgers are amazing, honestly one of best beef burgers in Cape Town.

The service is excellent. You always feel welcomed. The food quality is good too at a reasonable price.In overall its a wonderful place to just chill out.

Being a chef is a time consuming job. One day whilst walking to work, I take my left turn to try this place. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is quite and volume of music is low. Nice place to have a conversation.

Pretty cool joint. Great atmosphere and service. Music is not too loud which is a plus. Don't have to shout to each other during a conversation. Had their chicken strips and I must say . The mayo dip is also worth a mention. Owner checked on us a couple of times which was cool as well. Wouldn't mind being back here at all. Worth a hangout spot.

Nearest thing to a UK pub in the area.Can be busy due to relatively small size but this provides for a lively atmosphere.Service always good and barman are friendly.Fair selection of beers and wines.Good place to watch sport with football/rugby live.Food adequate.
