I had a fantastic experience here with my local mother's group. We enjoyed sitting outside at a long table with our families. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant also features a large playground with a bounce cushion, which my son absolutely loved. The pizzas were excellent—generous in size and very satisfying. Additionally, the sweet potato chips were a hit with the kids. We will definitely be back, and even if we stop by for just one evening, we plan to come again during the summer.

If you’re staying at the RACV resort, I would recommend trying out other nearby restaurants—especially if Melissa is working during your visit. Good manners are essential in the hospitality industry, and it’s disappointing to see such a lack of it. Overall, my family and I felt disrespected, and to make matters worse, the food was tasteless and dry. I left feeling very dissatisfied and angry about how we were treated.

Very bad customer service of melissa! she is so rude, 0 stars! woman has no manage. Maybe her mother didn't teach her to start the next love. so bad that I lost my apetit for the very average eating here. the chips and burgerhasen dry like cracker! bbq huhn is only covered with bbq and almost no wow and with terrible service from the entry point with melissa, making it all worse. avoid this and feed them around as if they stay in the resort.

Normally I order an entree sized meal but they don't offer this at mantellina. I then asked could I order a children's meal, the staff member said yes BUT she will have to charge an extra $10 as it's an adult having a children's meal. This total was the same as a main meal price. Very disappointing
