Contribuiți la feedbackAfter receiving an email the day before I asked to confirm my reservation (what I did) and I received a text message 3 hours before my reservation, which reminded me of my reservation, the restaurant was closed when we arrived. Very rude. If they were able to contact me before making sure that I would be there, why could they not consider calling me and cancel.
The setting is nice, the menu is wide and deep and the selection is very good, our server Rimma was excellent. HOWEVER < the heat not worked it was not more than 45 degrees in the dining room... People were up in Parkas with their hoods... I don't know if it was connected or not, but a lot of the food wasn't hot...it was sent back in fairness it was nicely treated, but it shouldn't have been... they could at least have gone to home depot and for $400 (only a little more than our dinner) bought several room heaters and made it more comfortable... I would go back, but I was a bit disturbed that they were not better equipped for their prices to give an emergency and seemed very inappropriate. Yarn
2019 Closing weekend was a wonderful meal. The food was top notch. Service was a bit lackluster, mostly due to 86ing menu items (three that I requested were all gone by 6:30pm, but not all known to my server). Not really a complaint, but several back and forth situations before I could reliably count on my dinner arriving as ordered. See you in 2020
Busy night with a large, noisy table that ruined the ambience for the entire patio area. Food was great, as always, but had to be reheated after it was left standing for a long time. Management did apologize for the noise and service, they should have offered to comp the offended patrons dessert!
Food was delightful, service was attentive, but ambience was negatively effected by crowding of tables and extremely high noise level. Still, we would return.
