I had a bad experience with the owner very rude. I came to get food that had been ordered by phone 40 minutes earlier. I waited an extra 25 and just asked if they had forgotten me. The man behind the reaction was not called. He was extremely rude. He said we didn't forget you. And I just said that the man who came before me ordered there and already got his food and left. And that I had ordered by phone an hour ago. He said that the man ordered things from the grill you need to understand is faster than the Huagies you ordered. I told him there was no reason to be rude. I couldn't believe how ignorant he was. My family has been ordering from there for years! He then said that I looked at the side, you don't think I see you standing out of the corner of my eye. He made some other ignorant comments, but I didn't hear everything he had to say. Several customers commented how rude he was for me. And several others raised their eyebrows to his answer. They told me every time they order the food, they're never ready when they get there. When I finally got my food one hour and 15 minutes later, I came home to find my daughters cheese steak was a soggie mess. She had to put the meat on bread. Not only was I awfully treated that he had pulled his mask around his chin. Several other employees didn't even wear their masks right. I'm not going back. And I hope he loses any other customer who was with me.

I ordered a medium pizza on a Tuesday night that was part of a special for $15.99. When I placed my order, I asked for a white pizza, but I was told that only the red pizza was part of the special. I called back to cancel my order, but the owner said I couldn't. I ended up paying $27.46 for a medium red pizza and a white pizza, and I have to say, it was the worst pizza I've ever had. It's a shame to say this, but I wouldn't recommend this pizzeria.

The owner went on to say that he noticed me standing there out of the corner of his eye, and he made several more ignorant remarks that I didn't fully catch. Other customers also commented on how rude he was to me, and many raised their eyebrows at his replies. They mentioned that their orders are often not ready when they arrive. When I finally received my food—after an hour and 15 minutes—I discovered that my daughter’s cheesesteak was a soggy mess, and she had to put the meat on the bread herself. Not only was I treated poorly, but I also noticed that he had his mask pulled down around his chin, and many of the other employees weren’t wearing their masks properly either. I won’t be returning, and I hope he loses any other customers who might share my experience.

I can only give it one star, and that's because I can't rate it 1/2 star.

Ordered pizza on a tuesday night which was a special to med pizza 15.99 when i ordered i ordered a white pie was told its only a special if its a red pie which was false advertising called back to cancel order the owner told me i could not so for 27.46 i then had a white pie and med red one also it was the worse pizza ever sad to say i have been a customer there all of my life but pizza is not their speciality as for customer service the young boys were friendly but i will not be going back there for pizza ever again unless i want to eat cardboard learn how to make pizza and cook the vegetables when ppl order toppings
