Leverock's - Cape Haze

I visited this place a few years ago, and it definitely needed some updating. They have remodeled, but unfortunately, the food remains just average at best. The service is only satisfactory. The hostess with short black hair is as friendly as a stone! I’m finished with this place. Save your time and look elsewhere!

The staff were friendly, but the service was incredibly slow and the food was unfortunately quite disappointing. Additionally, there's no point in checking the menu online beforehand, as they don't have some of the items listed and advised me not to trust the online version. Very rude! We visited on Friday, and it was truly disappointing. There were nine of us in total, and everything we ordered was subpar. We tried the gator bites and the wings, and both were terrible. I opted for the fish and chips, but the fish was soggy, and the fries were rubbery as if they had been microwaved. My husband ordered the grouper, but it was definitely not grouper! Some friends ordered flounder, which was undercooked. Another guest in our group had the po' boy sandwich, topped with soggy fried oysters that were barely touched. On the bright side, the kids' spaghetti was surprisingly good! Our server was fantastic, and I felt sorry for her working in such a poorly managed restaurant. I later learned that it closed today, and I hope it stays that way. It seems this place has really declined over the past year.

This restaurant has been declining steadily each year, and the quality of the food is, at best, questionable. It's no surprise that there’s never a wait at Leverocks. The salads were brown, and the fish was inedible.
