Trio Cape Girardeau, Mo

Shane the owner was the server and cook on my visit so everything was exceptional. Super friendly guy who cares about his craft which was evident in the food and service. I had the Jackfruit Tacos and they were up there with my favorite taco place in Stuart FL which is saying a lot. If I didn't know I would think I was eating pulled Pork tacos. Warm house made chips and salsa and Blue Mermaid Matcha Tea. I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu. If you are in Cape Girardeau you should stop in and grab some vegan food or a hot or iced tea. The Blue Mermaid changed colors when I added the lemon so that was fun.

The Buddha bowl here SLAPS!!! New owner shane Callahan was a vibe..large open windows to let the outside in.. super clean flavors...I ate my whole bowl and felt great about it. The price range was not bad either...
