The Farmacy - Cape Girardeau

First time at the Farmacy and we loved it. Everything was fresh and delicious. Kevin‘s burger was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. My Indian lunch was delicious and nutritious. We will definitely be back. Oh, and the lady taking our order was extremely helpful and patient. Hats off to their local farm to table ethics! I wish more restaurants would follow their lead.

This place has it all, atmosphere, friendly service and amazing food! We had breakfast and the eggs were the freshest we’ve ever had. Amazing lattes.Also check out the market. I love Spanish Street Farmacy! The meals are delicious with many choices! The atmosphere is charming, making it a popular eatery in Downtown Cape! I especially like their varied selections of organic produce and grass fed meats in the grocery section. For me, the best part is knowing I have quality food, whether I dine in or buy groceries to take home.

I love my weekly visits to the Farmacy! W everyone is helpful and kind. Whether I’m picking up a victory box they have prepared for me, adding on to it or shopping for myself I get the majority of what I need and know the food is local and fresh. My new favorite is the adaptogenic cocoa! Yum!

We love eating here. High quality food at reasonable prices. My kid loves their ice cream and baked goods as well as their blue plate pork chop dinner. We are regulars. Best vanilla latte you will ever have, don’t try it unless you want to be addicted.
