Dunkin' - Cape Girardeau

The girl with pink hair is amazing! My whole family adds them every time we move away. If we see them through the way, my husband, dogs and I know we get great service! Always get our orders perfectly. I go there every day and never failed a day when she works the foods and coffees are perfect. Always so beautiful and welcoming! Great experience, it needs an increase!!

Dunkin’ is always great and efficient- BUT, today, not so much. my friend ordered a drink with Cold Foam, and when the boy handed out the drink in the window, it had no cold Foam in it. We returned the drink and asked if he could put Cold Foam on it, and he answered with a snoring comment. “I look directly at the drink, it doesn’t say a cold foam.” He's clearly dyslexic. It says cold foam on it.

I love Dunkin's coffee. The line can get pretty long in drive through, but they always seem to keep it moving pretty quickly. Staff is nice.

Great donut and coffee place. Love her turkey sausage, egg and cheese croissant.

I changed my 1 star to a 4 star. I don't know if they have a new manager or someone cracked, but it's going so much better from about 4 months. It seems if this one male manager there is everyone a good attitude and customer service and runs better. (the bad and rude attitude in this place was from the charts before!) We have noticed that attitude 100% comes back when it is NOT there.
