Dani was extremely helpful and said she would do everything she could to get him a cake within the short time frame left before the party. The cake decorator Dana who was off work came in special to make my son a special cake. Not only was it beautiful and delicous, they also surprised me with an extra cake to act as Lincolns smash cake. The customer service I recieved today was absolutely amazing!
Very kind person at the window. Her name was Tatianna T. I believe that DQ had went up on there pricing and she explained that to me at the window. Kind of hard of hearing but she made sure to speak up when I asked. Will be back to DQ soon 100/10 Hope tosee Tatianna still working there when I go back <3
Drive thru menu said 8.39 and I was charged 11.39. I brought it to the cashiers attention. She said it was because of my large drink but I was charged separately for that, then she said it was taxes but I was charged separately for that also. Then sherefused to help me anymore the line was very long so I left I figured heck it's only $3 when I opened my burger the wrong onewas in box and my fries were cold. Thx DQ!
We ordered 2 banana splits which we hadnt had in years. Well this place runs out of bananas and we were inside the establisment and had ordered and sat down to wait on order. The lady tells my husband she is out of bananas so she only has a half of oneleft that the drive through got the last whole banana when we had already paid...never had any money back offered only a imsorry.
This was the worst customer service experience I?ve ever had in my entire life. We had two separate orders, and half of one order was charged to the card of the other persons order. We went in and asked the cashier if there?d be anyway it could berefunded and charged to the other card that was used, and showed her where the order was charged to the wrong card. The cashierwas friendly and asked if we?d give her a moment so she could get her manager. The manager came up, we explained the situationto her, and she said right in front of us to the cashier, ?does she not realize that I can?t hear a word she?s saying?? About myfriend and rolled her eyes. Then as we were waiting, the manager said, ?I don?t understand why they can?t just Venmo it insteadof bothering me about it?, so we of course asked her to just give us the cards back as we were going to leave instead of wastingour time being openly belittled, and she did not return the original receipts. When asked, she refused to give them to us. Gothome, and our order was completely incorrect. Overall, the manager on duty was horrible. I understand the fast food industry canbe stressful as I have worked in it, but there is no excuse for hatefulness like we were shown tonight.
