My first time at Chick-fil-A. Wasn't impressed. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich. I think I received the wrong item. Was just a plain breaded chicken with 2 pickles on a bun with no sauces.

Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have went to. Service was robotic and less than half-hearted, the dining room was filthyand the order was wrong: ordered the Crispy Chicken Deluxe with Pepper Jack Cheese rather than American and I ened up with a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with no cheese at all. However, standing at the counter among all the other customers waiting service made making a complaint futile effort given the already dismissive nature of management already observed.
