Contribuiți la feedbackThe food was cold, and I didn't receive the mayo I requested. Instead, I got a sauce that I don't like. When I asked the server if the mayo was in the bag, she didn’t check or offer to help. I ended up with a cold chicken breast and no mayo. Your drive-thru service needs significant improvement, and perhaps your kitchen could use some help as well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
This restaurant is conveniently located about half a mile east of Interstate 55. It often appears busy, but they manage to keep the drive-thru line moving smoothly, with staff members outside taking orders and payments. There were also portable canopies set up along the drive-thru to provide shade from the summer heat. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I really appreciate the courteousness of the employees, and it's worth mentioning that there’s no prompt for tips on the electronic payment device, unlike at some other fast-food places.
I don't visit Chick-fil-A very often, so I was looking forward to my meal. Unfortunately, the service was below expectations and quite unfriendly. While I was sitting at a table with my son enjoying our food, a staff member approached and asked if I could move so she could open a door behind us to retrieve a broom. I complied and sat back down, but then another employee needed access to a closet located behind our table. After being asked to move for the third time so staff could bring out cleaning supplies right past me while I was eating, I lost my appetite. They might want to reconsider their table arrangement.
Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have went to. Service was robotic and less than half-hearted, the dining room was filthyand the order was wrong: ordered the Crispy Chicken Deluxe with Pepper Jack Cheese rather than American and I ened up with a SpicyChicken Deluxe with no cheese at all. However, standing at the counter among all the other customers waiting service made making a complaint futile effort given the already dismissive nature of management already observed. I don 't blame the younglady who took my order nor the apparently under-appreciated runner who was working orders to the dining room. Granted, theyappeared to be slammed and perhaps somewhat in the weeds despite an otherwise apparently well-staffed shift, but there areways to manage such stresses in less off-putting ways to your paying customers. It starts at the top with good shift leadership,though.
This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A, chosen by my granddaughter. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Since I'm not particularly fond of sandwiches, I can only describe the food as average. However, what truly impressed me was the staff. They were all young, but incredibly polite and friendly—completely lacking the surly, disgruntled attitude commonly found in most fast food places. They maintained a calm and pleasant demeanor, being helpful without being pushy. It was also Memorial Day, and they had a table set up to honor fallen soldiers, which was both fitting and respectful. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for providing a positive dining experience at a fast food restaurant. I’ll definitely be back.
