The orange chicken had a good flavor, but again, the portion was lacking. Most of what I received was just heavy breading—there was more breading than actual chicken in many pieces. As for the chicken lettuce wraps, I wouldn’t recommend them at all; they were by far the worst I've ever had. I expected better from this bistro. I really wish we had dined in so we could have sent the food back. I hope they can improve their cooking or rethink their recipes because I’d love to enjoy this place. However, at this point, I'm not sure if I want to give it another try. It's a bit disheartening.

Worst chinese food in my experience. Do not order the mango chicken, tasteless with thick bland sauce. Mango had no taste. Could not eat it, threw it away! Lettuce appetizer rated a D+

Imagine your favorite dish from your local Chinese take out place, then upscale it. That's essentially how I see Ginger Bistro. Instead of food made as fast as possible and packed in plastic containers, you get well prepared food, made with quality ingredients, and served beautifully in elegant surroundings. You can still get Gen Tso's, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and egg rolls, but they'll be elegantly plated and served in a manner you'd expect from a high end restaurant.We've eaten here at least half a dozen times now and have yet to be disappointed. If you have the chance to visit in the early afternoon, I highly recommend you try their Dim Sum menu. This was the first place I've tried those little dumplings, and I'm hooked on them now!

Just No: I ordered General Tsos tofu, hot tea, rice. Food was completely over cooked l, I could hardly chew it and I don’t have dentures. One of, if not the worst Chinese places to eat. Yuck! Just because it looks decent on the inside does not mean the food is good. I like my take out soo much better. Should have listened to these reviews.
