Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Cape Coral

Recent online ice cream cake order with no writing on cake. Came to pick up cake and staff could not find cake after 4 trips to the back still could not locate cake. I tried 2 x to provide order , no one wanted that. After 20 min I was told to pick any cake in cooler. Training is essential for the workers. I felt bad for the poor girl who walked through the back 4 times and all she could do was hold her sweater sleeves with her hands. It must be cold there. Cake was excellent as always.

Stopped to get impromptu birthday cake. Friendly staff. Clean n bright.

I just left Dairy Queen on Skyline Blvd in Cape Coral and I was so impressed with the young lady who served me. Her name was Yadira and she was so kind and bubbly I couldn’t help but smile even after a very stressful week at work. I let her know that with such a positive attitude she will be a valuable employee wherever she goes. The world needs more Yadira’s!

They have good food, really fast! Great ice-cream desserts.

Very busy place. But staff had the line moving. Their bacon burgers are fresh,and a decent price. Who doesn't like ice cream? Yum
