Arby's - Cape Coral

When you arrive after 8:45 PM, there's a 50/50 chance that the restaurant will actually be open. It's incredibly frustrating to drive to a place that advertises being open until 10 PM, only to find it closed, despite what their hours say at the entrance and on Google. However, when they are open, the food is really great.

The fries were cold and burnt. The beef and cheddar didn't look like real meat and had a strange color. I couldn't finish it. It was too expensive - we spent $27.85 on one bark and cheddar combo with fries and a drink, plus a wrap of chicken and a milkshake.

Feeling frustrated, I requested a refund, but Ms. Jones argued with me, insisting I was mistaken and claiming that it didn't matter. In the end, I did receive a refund, but her demeanor was off-putting and unprofessional. She does not seem suited for a customer-facing role, especially as a manager. I've decided to escalate my concerns to higher management, as I believe her attitude needs to be addressed.

The Manager that was on 7/28/22 around 6:30 pm should be recognized for going above and beyond his customer satisfaction as Arby's does not have their spicy nuggets anymore my husband was devastated the Manager had his staff coat the nuggets with the spicy sauce! He was very on point with his customers! Thank you!

Everyone was excellent. The entire staff was professional and with a smile. We ordered a beef and cheddar regular roast beef and a gyro and they were all delicious.
