Mcdonald's - Cape Carteret

My food was paid to raise. No one brought me my meal or even came into the window. after ten minutes I had to go back and wait again on the journey through the line just to get my food and it's wrong. they would think they had double checked for the chaos.

Customer service was bad, they only give one one sauce per person. No refills, employees are rude.

I will update the employee name in the future ifI am incorrect. I believe it to be Brittney.On 2 seperate occasions she has been amazingly rude and incompetent.She says she's the manager. Or walks up when I asked for one.Even though I utilized the drive thru I took my order back in. You see a double cheeseburger burger means 2 pieces of meat not 1.She took the sandwich,rolled her eyes and walked away. Never returned! I had to tell the cashier and he went and got me a double cheeseburger.The second time I handed her a large fry box with 15 fries in it. Yes I counted the fries. Needless to say but the fry box was not even opened up.Yes! Again she rolled her eyes. Did not say a word. Took the fries and disappeared never to return over 7 minutes elapsed.Again the cashier got my fries to me after I prompted him to do so. Customer service non existent!!!!

I'm pretty disappointed with this experience. Normally I don't have an issue here but this morning they did not even try it seems like. Just throw my food in the bag not even wrapped up all the way. And I also bought a large ice caramel coffee and I paid almost $1 extra for extra caramel and liquid sugar and I'm pretty sure they didn't add the caramel but I know for a fact they did not add no liquid sugar like I asked and after paying a dollar for it I really ain't too happy that I couldn't even get what I paid for how hard is it to follow simple directions like that? And to top it all off I was supposed to get it free to begin with because I had it as a reward on my McDonald's app but for some reason it didn't go through and the person who scanned it and took my payment and stuff didn't even think to tell me that the code she just put in didn't do anything so I didn't even realize that I still had to pay full price for a messed up drink until I was already home and looking at the receipt. Tighten up

Why do y’all think that this is okay. Ordered the simplest stuff 4 cookies ? they all harder than I don’t know what. Can’t believe you warmed my cookies in the microwave shame on you ??
