Empire Banquet Hall Pizza - Canyon Park

We tried to rent the hall...first thing we noticed was how dirty the place is....then we noticed the kitchen was disgusting...next was the pricing....what started as a $2400 rental quickly escalated to 5k....charging us for the gas we would use when cooking...and the price kept escalating...we agreed to their terms...then he calls and said he was not going to be able to rent the hall to us. What a joke.

Happened to attend an Indian Hindu wedding here. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hall was suitably decorated nicely. Accommodated about 250 guests and after the function was converted into a big dining hall with proper sitting arrangements for all the guests. My estimate is the hall can easily seat 350 to 400 people. It has an attached kitchen also. But I couldn't check about the equipment inside. Overall a convenient hall for conducting functions.

Truly a lack of customer service! Totally unorganized and a kitchen that I'd be truly shocked if someone hasn't became ill after eating out of it! We were told that they have a chef there! We had our chef with us that recommended that we pay for extra time just for him to clean to his and our standards before preparing a meal for us!!

We recently had our baby shower event hosted in Empire Banquet hall. I wanted to share my experience of working with them which has been only positive. Firstly, the location has a massive advantage for all sorts of events. Irrespective of your guest count you have an enormous parking space to complement your guest count. Secondly, the venue. It could accommodate hundreds of guests. For our event we had about 100 people but it could accommodate up-to 300 people. The venue’s high rise ceiling adds flavor to the color and stands very elegant. They have everything and it could be your one stop pitstop if you dont want to squander around meaning, if you want to customize the decor they have people for it who can get it done on time in the way you want. If you want to have food prepared they have people for it. Daljeet is a very diligent and an organized man who is very much reliable. Everything was done on time. Most importantly, the decorations were fabulously done in the same manner in which we had described and we were massively impressed. My only piece of feedback for the management would be that in google maps if we put the location’s address it takes you to the front, few people could get confused. This is not a big deal but would be a nice to have which would leave them a complete 10/10 with no stones left unturned. We would definitely return here for another occasion.
