We had BBQ "country style" boneless ribs (pork basically), and their SalmonPork was OK but not too tender.
Our first visit to Big Racks was for a wedding reception on a very hot July day.
I wanted to love this place as well as all the others that have tried to occupy this beautiful spot over the yearsSomething is just not right.
