TGI FRIDAYS - Canton (OH)

Showed up 10 minutes early on new years eve for a 530 pm reservation made and confirmed through Open Table. Was told we had no reservation because TGIF Fridays in Canton doesn't accept reservations! Manager said we were welcome to wait 45-50 minutes for a table. Only 5 tables were occupied in the entire restaurant at the time. Asked how it could be we have confirmation of our reservation by Open Table if we don't have a reservation? No response!

The booth was dirty. There was dust on the walls next to me. The broccoli was not seasoned and looked old with black spots on it. The mashed potatoes were bland. My daughters Mac an Cheese was ok. The ribs were decent. The cold bud light was flat. My family probably won’t return.

Used the TGIFriday app, which works through OpenDoor, to make a reservation on 12-16. Upon arrival, the hostess had no advance notice of the reservation. She did not want give us a table until the manager got involved and saw the confirmation on my phone. Clearly something doesn’t work right with the app.

Is this a joke right now? ? $25 for this steak and two sides and very small lime aid. This steak is literally the size of my toddlers closed fist. I’ll never waste money here again. Not to mention I had to sit there and wait in an empty parking lot for over 10 minutes and then call in to tell them again I arrived.

Like most places it is among servants, but all that went well was eating what they should expect from a large chain restaurant.
