Tim Hortons - Canton

I placed my order through the app, which indicated that I could skip the line by paying through it. However, I was told in a very rude manner that I still had to wait in line. What’s going on?

This restaurant isn't the best in town. The quality of service has declined significantly in recent years. When I order a double-double, I often receive coffee with just cream and no sugar. Recently, I've had to add sugar packets to my coffee myself because they never get it right. There's another Tim Hortons down the road that is much better. I'll be going there from now on.

Very rude manager during the morning shift. I asked how long it would take to eat, and she started harassing me and her staff before families with children. I couldn't believe the kids saw this. I hope these families never have to experience this again. Too bad for you.

Kudos to this crew that show up for work. It’s 5:45 in the morning on a Sunday and there’s nowhere else to grab a coffee. I really like Tim Hortons coffee so it’s a bonus.
