Subway - Canton

As a small entrepreneur himself, I know, reviews are important. I have an order online hours in advance just to get an email on my way to pick up that it was canceled. I called the restaurant and was informed that they had a corporate meeting. these things happen, but they should have prevented me from commanding one. I will add that normally service here is good. but this bad performance and customer service made a bad taste in my mouth.

I discovered a great sub for my partner! The server, Lee, was incredibly friendly and courteous. They even asked how my day was going! My partner really enjoyed his sub and the oatmeal cookies. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at this Subway. When I walked in, the store was empty, and a young man was setting up a chess board. I ordered my sub and decided to ask this very smart guy if he played chess. As a chess enthusiast, I was genuinely impressed by his skills. If it hadn’t been for that interaction, I might have just regarded this location like any other. However, he really made an impression on me, and I’ve decided to make this Subway my go-to spot for lunch. Kudos to John for hiring such a remarkable young man who took the time to engage with me.

Good service- AC broken so too hot to eat. That has got to be hot when you are toasting Subs all day
