Steak 'n Shake - Canton

Since before the covid has not been immersed and much has changed for the worst. first I would like to say that the restaurant was very underoccupied, and most of the problems that were experienced were therefore, not due to bad personals. so with the low personal waiter were replaced by touchscreens. as previous reviewers have explained, they lack a few articles. the remaining room was dirty, but again underoccupied. because there is no waiter, there is no one who can wipe and cleanse. the food was good and the same old steak 'n shake, which is good. they like to have memories of late nights in steak 'n shake, but be now an understated almost food joint. there are better options in canton.

I haven't been here for years and was disappointed with my last visit. I didn't like to have to order a kiosk. eating was good, but I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. the server has one more. all the tables were dirty and we had to ask someone in the kitchen to clean one for us. Every time we needed something, we had to get up and go to the kitchen and ask them to. there was a loud, shining noise when we were there. bring the server back!

We ordered on the kiosk, but quickly realized that several menu items were not available. we also discovered that we could not pay with the gift card stored on the app. the personal had no idea how the order is transferred from kiosk to its terminal. they tried to restore the order, but could not. the restaurant used to be so busy and welcoming; it is now a ghost town without useful human interaction. the man at the grill was rude and coughed when he reviled burger. of course we will not go back.

We ate here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. the lady manager, makaily, was very helpful when the food kiosk did not work. she took over our orders. our food was great and hot! will definitely go back. the restaurant was clean. I recommend it.

One waitress for the whole dining room. You self order and check out. Your server makes your shakes and brings you the food if she's not too busy. Poor lady. I also think there's one cook. For all the staffing, they do a great job. This was a Saturday evening.
