Shane's Rib Shack (holly Springs)

The lunch basket was perfectly finished! Do not wait for it when it comes to fresh and simple, and just enough. The fried Okra was sharply fresh and soft inside. Cole Slav was freshly cool crispy refreshing and perfect side for the mild jagged chicken pliers. Nice and beautiful surroundings.

Just had a FANTASTIC experience ordering a family meal to-go from Shane's Rib Shack Holly Springs. Emmanuel, the Holly Springs manager, was phenomenal in walking me through the order on the phone as well as confirming the order and price on the phone so I was prepared before I arrived to pick up my order. Upon arrival Emmanuel was the one to check me out at the register and he was warm and friendly the entire time. My order was correct and was ready on time. As a working mother, with a husband that works late, this was such a nice retreat from cooking at home and the experience was made even better by exceptional customer service. The food was really good and was a fair price. I will gladly forgo going to the more expensive BBQ joint 2 miles from my home to drive an extra 15 minutes for consistent food and service. Thank you!

We come here quite often. We have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately the last couple times I have visited we have had terrible service and wait a very long time on food. I understand you may be short staffed but tonight I waited extremely long time for 10 wings a grilled cheese and a cheeseburger and a barbecue chopped chicken to go. There wasn?t that many people in the dining area. I ordered it all at the same time and notified that the barbecue chicken chop was to go. We waited 30 or more minutes for food when the food arrived to the table it was cold even the wings. You must have changed your wing distributor because these were the smallest wings I have ever seen. We ate our food and still no to go order arrived I asked about it after we finished our food and we waited another 15 minutes for the order I placed with the original food. I didn?t even get a ?sorry for your wait ? or anything. I was very polite when asking about my order. Very disappointed and I won?t be back because of I I felt when I walked out that door.

So disappointing!!!! Today is the second time that I ordered through Uber Eats and Shane?s got my order wrong both times. First time I ordered a half chicken and got ribs. Tonight, even though I clearly put ?no bread? on my order it was there. I can?t eat food that has touched bread since I have Celiac Disease. As much as I enjoy the food when it?s right I don?t think I?ll go there again if I can?t get what I order.

Great wings! I just picked up some of the sauciest and most delicious Lemon Pepper wings I have ever had. I really like Shane?s! I just don?t think about them enough when I order food. They are always good. They have a Big Mom (Chicken Salad sandwich) that is made with smoked chicken. That?s pretty great, too.
