I frequently place online orders for work, and I'm pleased to say that they are always ready and accurate, regardless of my twice-weekly orders. The staff is consistently polite and friendly during pick-up. Each time, the fresh food tastes fantastic. The high quality of both the food and service makes me look forward to every visit. The food was decent, but the value for the price was quite disappointing. If you order a small, it only comes about halfway full for $7.00, while a large costs around $9.00 for only slightly more. On top of that, you have to buy a single cheese or pepperoni stick for $3.00, which feels overpriced compared to getting 4 or 6 for the same price elsewhere. Add a $3.00 drink, and you're looking at a meal that costs between $13 and $15, yet still leaves you wanting more. Additionally, the restaurant was freezing cold, no matter where we sat. I appreciate a cool atmosphere on a hot day, but this was just too extreme. For $11.00, I could go to the mall and get a meal that fills me up and often leaves me with leftovers, plus the food there is pretty good as well. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I left feeling quite disappointed.

The dining area could use some attention, as it often feels a bit neglected, with overflowing trash cans and a beverage station that is frequently understocked. Since the employees are around the same age as I am and I work as a restaurant manager myself, I empathize with their situation. However, it's important for them not to let their stress affect the guests. I'm not sure if the issues stem from staffing shortages or other factors, but the overall atmosphere here has influenced my decision to choose a different location (Cuyahoga Falls) for my visits.

I absolutely love italian food and I have been all over America being in the navy years ago and this flavor is amazing. Iv ordered 3 times now and it's always soo good. Just try it and thank me later.

Pretty good food and pretty clean. I left the review because I thought their power bowl was an awesome option if your on a clean diet. I got mine with salmon. It was good.
