Mcdonald's - Canton

I received blueberry pie instead of the apple one, and it was terrible! However, everything else was fantastic.

The service was very slow and lacking in attentiveness. I gave it two stars because it's a new place, and I'm willing to give it another chance in a few weeks. I dined in.

You’ve been back at Canton for six months, and the service is still slow. The staff is not very friendly towards customers. Perhaps you should consider sending some of your employees to the McDonald's in Ogdensburg for training; they really know how to treat their customers well!

The restaurant is fairly clean and appears to be quite new. The service was good, although a bit slower than usual. I used their app, which made things more convenient.

The food wasn't warm, but our local McDonald's has consistently had this problem.
