Contribuiți la feedbackI was quite disappointed with my experience today. I went in to pick up a Grubhub order and was completely ignored at first. When I was finally acknowledged, I explained the reason for my visit, and the staff member simply said "okay" and walked away. It took almost 13 minutes for them to prepare my food. The same employee placed it on the counter and then left without any further assistance. The customer service was quite ridiculous. While I understand she might have been stressed, common courtesy should always come first.
When I got home, I realized I had actually handed over a $50 bill at McDonald's, so I turned around to retrieve my $40 in change. The staff were very kind and returned the correct amount to me. I overheard someone mention, "He said she gave him a $50." If I had been in that cashier's position (and since I used to work as a cashier for many years), I would have been confused about handling a large bill like that and might not have thought to clarify. It makes me wonder what he really thought about the situation, especially since he knew I initially gave him a $50 but didn't say anything when I returned the extra $20.

The most disgusting rude and ignorant McDonald’s around. Make sure when u get your coffee ,you check for fuzz and hair. As their stack of coffee filters have been sitting in the floor for the past 20 mins. 4 employees walked past and never picked them up. Foul.
I dined in but the tables weren't all that clean they were still sticky and the customer service is not my favorite at this location
