Contribuiți la feedbackThis morning, I ordered a small iced latte. I didn’t catch the price after the cashier swiped my card, so I waited for her to give me my receipt along with my debit card. Instead, she handed me my card and just said, “Have a nice day.” I asked for my receipt, which she was about to throw away. After getting her attention again, she said, “One minute,” and continued to rummage through the trash can. I waited there for about 7-8 minutes, with no one saying anything or offering assistance, so I ultimately decided to leave. The customer service is really disappointing.
I never leave reviews but I go to this Dunkin about 3 times a week. every time it gets progressively worse. This morning I waited for someone to take my order for 10 minutes at the menu. There was 1 car in front of me and 4 behind me. When I got tothe window a guy took my card and I paid. I sat there for another 10 minutes when he finally came back clearly extremely high,eyes half closed and said ?did I take your card already?? I said yes???? I just need my tea.? (I literally only ordered a largeunsweet iced tea). And then another 5 minutes later he comes back with it. I understand it can be busy and generally do not mindwaiting.. But this was absolutely ridiculous.
The experience was really disappointing. We waited 25 minutes for four Oreo cappuccinos, but only two were ready when we reached the front of the line. We ended up getting a refund. We were third in line, so it shouldn't have taken that long!
If ordering a box of Joe allow 20 min for them to make one pot of coffee at a time to fill it. . Has to be a better process for this. Made me late for work
It was alright. My egg was cold in the center, and the hash browns were overcooked.
