I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've been purchasing coffee from this place for over seven years, and my experience has been fantastic. Brian, the sales manager, is incredibly kind. He even went out of his way to meet me to speed up a shipment when I made a mistake with my order. The staff is genuinely nice, and I receive my coffee within two days, with free shipping and a 15% discount on orders over 200 pounds. I’ve never received a complaint from my customers; in fact, many of them say it's the best coffee they’ve ever had. We’ve tried a variety of roasts and have always been satisfied.

I absolutely love this company! I'm not sure why they don’t have better reviews. The coffee is delivered right on time every month, the staff is friendly, and the coffee itself is delicious! We enjoy the single-source Guatemalan blend and wouldn't purchase coffee from anywhere else.

I had a frustrating experience trying to obtain a tracking number for my order. They require you to download a subpar shopping app just to access it, and even then, the app doesn’t function properly. Come on, CoffeeAM, it’s been 25 years since the internet made emailing tracking numbers a standard practice—get it together!

God-awful. I ordered the Matterhorn and Chocolate Viennese coffees and both bags smelled exactly the same- like rancid perfume. I did try to brew one very small pot of the Matterhorn and thought that maybe it was just strong-smelling in the big bag but my kitchen stunk so badly I gagged and poured the pot out without tasting the coffee. Not worth paying return shipping back to their warehouse (it is not reimbursed- only the original shipping is and it would have cost half the refund value to ship it back). That was the absolute worst coffee I've ever encountered.
