Bob Evans - Canton

The server was rude and acted as if it were somehow uncomfortable if we were to ask for something. the speck was burned and the eggs were super runny. the only good thing is that the dining room was a bit cleaner than the rest of the place. when we were gone, we used the toilets and they were disgusting and you could say that nothing had been cleaned and the toilet paper in the men's room was completely out. I will never waste my money here again!

My friend got me out to eat. she had country fried huh, I had her mushrooms and swirling satisbury steak. 3/4 of the way through I had taken a bit of meat, pulled a hair from my bite I took n found a little hair on my teller. they fixed me another teller, I asked to go. the manager came out and apologised and said that he would talk to the guys about wearing hair nets and make sure that their hair was withdrawn. he has not offered us a discount or free dessert or something like that I do not go back to this restaurant.

They have seats for couples and families. they have special prices for children and seniors. the staff is friendly and helpful. eating is always good and meals come with unlimited rolling or cookies. child-friendly: they have a menu for children and a colouring activity for them. Parking: lots of parking space and disabled parking.

Order was placed day before Thanksgiving dinner for two...I waited in line to pay for order...payed then waited over 30 min for a order that was called in a day ahead...I took in to account Turkey day busy...then when a manager finally gets involved she acted like I was the problem...never raised my voice...only said it shouldn't take over 30min to get a order that was placed ahead of time....this was the BobEvans in Canton Ohio Tuscarawas St.....food was good once they got it as it was for my elderly aunt and her son...the manager sarcastically said as she handed my order to have a Happy Thanksgiving....we will avoided this BobEvans location

The new manager Thomas has done his job well I had the best turkey Dinner ever super fresh awesome dinner rolls. I had issues a few months back but they truly made it right and I would definitely return. Its all about who's running the show and the people working there awesome job to the whole staff!
