Absolutely amazing! Food was delicious! Service was spectacular!! Really amazing for my first time in the store!! Thanks for taking pride in the food you guys are putting out!

My last 2 visits were disturbing. My son asked for a bit more rice and Broccoli 3 tiny pieces and the girl said No no, that is all we give I thought this was odd. When paying I asked that girl to please use my rewards and she didn 't understand. She didnt speak English well. I asked her again and again. I asked her for cups for drinks. I scanned my app. She just smiled and said Thank you, thank you. It didn 't take my rewards.Next visit. All the same people working. Gave my son 3 pieces of Broccoli. I looked at the girl and said can he PLEASE have a few more. NO NO, we can 't We ended up with half bowls. I look behind us to see a couple who seemed toknow the employee well, speaking Spanish, laughing WHILE SHE HEAPED FOOD INTO THEIR BOWLS! Got to the meat HEAPED ON THE MEAT. I looked at her and she looked away. I 'm not exaggerating when I say these bowls she made for them were ridiculous. I was mad. Don 't tell me my son can 't have a few pieces of Broccoli and rice and HEAP food into your friends/families bowls. Got to the register asked the girl to PLEASE scan my App and to help make sure the rewards were used. In broken English she just said You can scan it. I did, it didn 't take the rewards . I told her, I showed her. She said I don 't know $34 for 2 half bowls and 2 drinks! Again, looking at our bowls compaired to the friends who were now being pretty much escorted by now 2 friendly employees laughing and talking, being told there is a limited amount and seeing the employees HEAP food into bowls of her family or friends. When I say HEAP I MEAN OVER THE TOP! I have my rewards to use if someone at the register could make sure to help.I love the food but not the service! I 'm pretty much done with the Belden Villiage location.

Great food and fountain, canned bottled drinks.Atmosphere is clean, comfy and fun booths for a family or privacy.Vegetarian options: Very tasty!

I was going to initially give a 3/5 on Service because I was confused on how to order and my friend who recommended it was with me but wasn 't helping me either. It was after the fact that I read the boards above my head in the ordering area, where a, duh, menu board might be and it explains everything. Perfect English, and I think that my own embarrassing moment brought down my experience UNTIL YOU TRY THE FOOD!!! Second day leftovers are okay but 3 is too far lol. That 's right, huge portions and cheaper than Chipotle! I am not sponsored but if you download their app you automatically get a FREE BOWL. No drink purchase required! I got chicken, double corn, a cubed hashbrown and it was on a bed of sweet potato noodles. It was a white sauce, just ask what they recommended, they know! It 's all gluten free!!!

Great Staff and location! I come here weekly. Love the food and the people.
