Bertucci's Italian - Canton

There was only a bartender 2 cooks and a manager. Incredibly understaffed. The reservation meant nothing because they had no staff. Same on corporate for making this crew try and serve customers

I've always loved coming but a few days ago I witnessed a veryyyyy LAX host and in 10 to 15 I witnessed up to 16 people waiting to be seated and there's no host or other wait staff and they all WALKED OUT...there was only ONE WAITRESS and she was doing it all...her name is Meghan n she was so sweet that she was trying so hard ...but I just wish there would hire more people to help there...

My daughter and her friends celebrated her birthday at Bertucci's in Canton and they all vigorously complained about the poor services. Perhaps it was because they were teenagers but they were essentially ignored and had to wait an eternity for their meal. We will not be returning to this location. I would recommend the Bertucci's in Norwood.

We took our grandson here for lunch on Tuesday Oct. 18 and arrived right after they opened. This restaurant was filthy. Crumbs on the tables, booths and the floor. The high chair hadn’t ever been cleaned I don’t think. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned and the previous days trash was all over the place.My chicken Caesar salad was full of brown and rotten lettuce. It was definitely a cringe worthy experience which I hope to never repeat
