The food was very tasty and good value for money. It didn't have to wait long for the food, because we were the only customers to eat. There were other people who had hot drinks. The food is served on a tray that also serves as a plate/bowls, a bit like the fabled TV dinner things from the USA. You also have special offers on hot drinks and cakes. It is a very, very short walk from the main pedestrian zone in a modern building. Looks like it could be a short deal, as the room seems much bigger than what the big drum needs. Could seem a bit soulless, but it is nice and clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Quiet when we have a visit. A long walk in the building to get to the toilets.

An artistic, independent space with great food, a wide range of events and a real feeling of community. It's been a long time since Canterbury had this!

I love everything here, food prevents waste, its very affordable and for a good thing. You have to go to lunch.
