Tyler is very unfriendly And should be replaced .beth should replace him and the pub will be busier food has started again so hopefully things will improve.

I visited here with some friends for a birthday celebration and had a horrible experience. The customers hurled homophobic and sexist abuses at us, calling us derogatory names, and when the staff realized the situation, they kicked us out of the pub instead of the ones being abusive. One of the employees even laughed with them. There is no customer service or care for well-being here, I suggest everyone avoid this place at all costs. (This happened a week ago and we are still waiting for an apology)

Great staff and a great atmosphere. Came here for a drink and had Sherry serve is. Bubbly and a great personality, syes definitely a great barmaid and knows her stuff. Would recommend

The title says it all. I have been a regular at this pub for years, but my last three visits have been terrible. We chose this pub for my hen do on Saturday and were met with a miserable, rude, and abusive barman. Despite spending a significant amount of money with a group of 18 of us, the service was unacceptable. One round of shots cost us £74! When we raised our concerns with the manager, they also showed a lack of interest and professionalism. We had planned three more nights out here for the summer, but will not be returning. We would rather spend our money elsewhere. A simple piece of advice for the staff - politeness, gratitude, and a bit of fun are essential when providing a service. Improve your service!

To the point, rude uninterested staff with absolutely no manners. Toilets, well I opened the door and left again as they men’s was so disgusting. Being 2pm on a Monday afternoon there is no excuse.Drinks ok, but will never return as far better choices in Canterbury.
