Mcdonald's Canterbury Stour Retail Park

I had a really nice lunch at this restaurant today. The environment was beautiful and clean, and the food was decent. The service was attentive and quick. I will definitely be returning.

The food at this restaurant arrived cold shortly after being seated, so I returned my order to be cooked on the grill instead of being kept warm. Unfortunately, when I got home, the food was still undercooked and cold. The chips were pale and soggy, and the burgers seemed to have been sitting out for a while.

I asked for nothing nice, sat in there, asked for sauces, no sauce, missing fry. no serviettes, no threat. that happens every fucking time.

An breakfast trip on a wet Sunday morning. double sourage breakfast with extra hash brown. the service was polite and fast, and I was allowed to order personally at the desk, not on these dirty touch machines. eating was as good as expected, everything was good.

The drive-thru team was extremely efficient, adhering strictly to COVID hygiene protocols, and the fresh, flavorful ingredients used in the food made for a great overall experience. It would have been nice if the restrooms were open, but considering the current situation, it was understandable. Thank you!
