An ancient oven of the '600 transformed into a small restaurant where to get traditional canosini dishes also revisited with innovative "spinte" . the location widens both in the “local soprano” (so called the small house in front of the furnace,) and on the staircase in front, where it becomes pleasant to stop in the shadow of the vine on summer heat days. meat dishes are mainly proposed but there are some fish proposals. recommended reservation (to be managed also on line.) very nice furnishings. pleasant stop in canosa, town of the bat rich of itineraries and archaeological sites unmissable!
