When I addressed it with the girl at the window, she told me.my drink was normally $6 and change. I drove back through and checked the sign. The drink was $3. Unfortunately the employees are untrustworthy.
Placed an order on the app at 8:55p, checked into stall 1 at 9:05. Screen said order was in the kitchen. After 10 minutes, no one brought our blasts or acknowledged us. We pushed the button and a voice came over that said open for drive through only we said we are there for app pick up. Still no acknowledgement. Pushed button again, open for drive through only Again tried telling them we are there for app. No acknowledgement. Drive to speaker, we will be with you in a moment. No, it is going on 15 minutes from check in to this point, not waiting. Pulled to the window. No acknowledgment. Girls went to register took money out and walked away from the window. I had to get out of the car and go to the employee door and pound on it to get someone 's attention. They ignored me when pounding on the door, tried hiding behind equipment. Male employee finally came ot the door and asked me what he could do. Told him i placed order on the app. checked in 15 minutes ago and no-one is getting my food. Employees were still trying to ignore us. Finally get Michelle who comes to the window and starts complaining about being the only person there (2 other people standing behind her), having money issues and a bunch of stuff that is no concern to me as a paying customer. What should have happened when we checked in was someone come across the speaker and say can you please pull to the window instead of making us sit there for 15 minutes, not properly communicating with us and treating us very poorly. All 3 of them should lose their jobs based on how they treated a prepaid guest. Your lack of being able to run a restaurant is not the guests problem.
This is a very bad place to go to . The customer service is terrible. They will try to force you to order something you dont want to buy . When you tell them no i dont want that . Just give me what i order. Then the GM says to you you can leave. For not choosing what she wants to give you. Thats poor treatment to a customer.
Got order wrong, employe admitted yes wrong, but didn't offer to fix it or give money back.
Moved recently and was happy to find a Sonic near me now.Labor day hot dog for me, plain patty for my pooch.Shake was amazing as always. Although fries weren 't ? very hot, still we enjoyed our picnic Love this place ... going to do the hop next time.Will be back for sure!!!
