Dunkin' - Canonsburg

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant while I was on my way to work. I was the only car in the drive-thru, but I was told to wait. After sitting there for 5 minutes without any assistance, I decided to leave. This isn't the first time I've encountered problems at this location, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

If you want to experience rudeness, just ask them if they have a special drink flavor or request that they mix the syrup into your drink instead of leaving it at the bottom of the cup, which happens all the time! The elderly man yelled at me and told me to leave, so I've decided to take my business to Starbucks from now on. The staff here is rude and unkind, and I won’t stand for it or support such behavior. I will also be reaching out to corporate.

The person at the drive-thru was rushing to move us through the line. The iced chai was mostly milk with barely any chai, making it undrinkable.

The service was good and the coffee was good. However, your donuts especially the apple fritters and the coffee rolls, taste like they?ve been thawed out overnight. If I wanted something like that I would?ve gone to McDonald?s. This is a Dunkin? Donuts,I think we should get better.

I?m sitting at DD right now and there are at least 6 employees working?by far more than I?ve seen in a couple years. I?m still sitting and watching them say how they don?t want to mess with the mobile orders which is what I did. They are more concernedwith the drive thru and counter who haven?t paid yet. I paid. I?m waiting longer than those people. I ordered before I left myhouse on the app. It took me 8 minutes to get here and then I waiting inside for 20 minutes.
