I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered Hunger Tamers and didn't receive my nuggets. I went through the drive-thru on September 6th at 7:20 PM, and the staff member who took my order was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. This location is honestly a joke.

Really disappointed with my visit here. Ordering went smoothly and was easier than Macca's which is a positive. But when the food came out the burger looked nothing like what you see in the ads. I ordered the Jack's Chicken burger. The chips were also cold. I took the chips back and the guy on the counter replaced them and was helpful. This was my first visit in a while and I was very disappointed

I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but my partner and I were really hungry in Brisbane, so we decided to give it a try, and it was quite the surprise! A well-mannered young man served us, and we were treated to a massive, freshly cooked burger topped with freshly cut salad. It was significantly better than anything I'd ever had on the Gold Coast. It's too far to drive again for just that, but you never know...!

This Hungry Jack used to be so good, but lately been extremely disappointing. It is stated to be a open 24 hours but now they don 't accept early mornings orders (for late night shift workers and early morning shifts workers) even if you place a order via the Hungry Jack App. The staff members used the excuse of the system being down, even when going through the drivethru they asked Hi, what would you like to order? , after telling them the order number they reject the order. Another excuse they used is saying they will only accept delivery orders, when there isn 't much of a difference between ordering through the app/drivethru and delivery, we were willing to wait for our order even if it takes 15-20mins but the employees didn 't want to take the order. This place used to be my joy and happiness after working long 10 hours shifts, but now the staffs there are just lazy to do their jobs even when this fast food restaurant is 24 hours, like what 's the point of being open 24 hours when you can 't order and get your food whenever you want at anytime during the day. This might be one of the reason why there isn 't that many Hungry Jack stores anymore, since it isn 't like Maccas if it is stated open 24 hours, they actually operate, cook food and take orders. Overall, extremely disappointing and sad.
