Tajmahal - Cannock Chase

Spent just under £54 on tasteless food which we usually pay about half the price at our usual for, due to it being closed and our daughters birthday this seemed our next best option,it was such a disopiontment the food was flavourless, we ordered chicken tikka and lamb pasander... Both curries tasted exactly the same,no spice, it seemed there was un cooked coconut or almond throughout and was extreamly creamy, we ordered garlic keema nan which had no garlic in and the meet was bland, we also ordered a peshwari nan which was dry, we ordered onion bajis I can personally make better and there was half a bag of chip, for dessert we decided to order some banana fritters, they tasted like battered potatoe my partner and I both said the same, we cut them open just to check. We will not be returning

Excellent food and great sized portions we tried here a few times now and and food has always been very nice and great quality. We will be coming again and would highly recommend anyone to try this place. Looking forward to our next meal

Lacking flavour even the rice seemed dry. Naan was good but for over a tenna for a curry rice and naan and you get no flavour it doesn't seem worth it.

Would 100% recommend, curry was delicious and piping hot all the way through which was good as no one likes a cold curry. They are very polite and offer a range of curries and you can always ask them to spice it up and they will without fail. The curries are always outstanding and cooked to perfection. They are on the more expensive side but its worth it couldn't fault them in any other way. Really recommend!!!
